At Honeycomb Block Management we offer an admin only block management service. This service has been specifically designed for blocks and estates where the Director/s (or a nominated person/s) acts as the ‘property manager’ whilst we complete the accounting and administration functions.
Our admin only block
management service is a viable solution to help
with providing a cost effective and cheap block
management solution – allowing you to save money
and have a more involved role and control with
the management aspects.
You will gain
value by utilising our infrastructure as a
company, as well as having access to our
management software where required.
Our
admin only block management option is not a
fully managed service, you do not get a property
manager from Honeycomb Block Management. See below for a
breakdown of who is responsible for what:

| Instruct Honeycomb Block Management to pay contractors | Organise payment of communal utility account |

| Provide emergency cover | Obtain competitive buildings insurance |
| Obtain competitive D&O (Directors and Officers) insurance | |
| Provide contacts to complete the necessary risk assessments | |
| Give advice on most property matters or issues – we can resolve these on an hourly rate or fixed fee if required |
